I'm thinking of buying on of these. I'm going to be use it for college, practising, jamming with friends, and stuff like that?

At the moment I have a Yamaha F310P http://www.thomann.de/dk/yamaha_f310_na.htm

Which will be the best?

Takamine has a pretty decent reputation, but this is one of their cheaper offerings. What you're getting is a very basic acoustic guitar with a pickup and some tone controls thrown in so you can plug it in.
Many of these sound pretty decent run through an amp, but only so-so as a straight acoustic.
The electronics are making up a goodly chunk of your money in this model....

If you plan to play the instrument mostly unplugged, you might do well to buy a "straight" acoustic guitar which may well have better tone.
Bottom line is how it sounds. I had a really cheap Mitchell very similar to this that actually sounded pretty good...
I would try to play one first.

I have no chance to try them, as there are no music stores who provides Cort & Takamine in my area.

there are several sound clips on each page. why not see which one you like the best? to me the middle one sounds muddy.
