Has anyone played one of these micro stacks?? Looking for an apartment amp wit some good tone. I play a 1966 sg epiphone. I'm looking for an acdc sound

I've never tried an MG, but I heard they suck pretty bad. They're kind of like Marshall's Squire.

yeah prolly look elsewhere...
I'm an idiot and I accidentally clicked the "Remove all subscriptions" button. If it seems like I'm ignoring you, I'm not, I'm just no longer subscribed to the thread. If you quote me or do the @user thing at me, hopefully it'll notify me through my notifications and I'll get back to you.

I'll have to put the Classic T models on my to-try list. Shame the finish options there are Anachronism Gold, Nuclear Waste and Aged Clown, because in principle the plaintop is right up my alley.

Presumably because the CCF (Combined Corksniffing Forces) of MLP and Gibson forums would rise up against them, plunging the land into war.

In all honesty that amp isn't about tone it's about looks

Better choices at that price point would be

All tube choice
a Jet City 20 watt half stack

http://www.musiciansfriend.com/guitars/jet-city-amplification-jca20h-and-jca12s-half-stack

Or if you want something with built in effects

A Peavy Vypyer 30 head

http://www.musiciansfriend.com/search/search.jsp?question=vypyr+30

A bunch choices if you want a 1x12 cabinet

http://www.musiciansfriend.com/search/search.jsp?question=cabinet%201x12

If you're willing to go with a combo a Vox VT20+ or VT40+ might be worth looking into

Did you ever consider that the reason people keep giving same answers to this kind of question?

That it just so happens that maybe just maybe they're the correct answers...

Right now, there are six and a half billion people on earth who don't care what kind of tubes you have in your amplifier
