You traded him a sword for the guitar? You do realize that a smart person would just agree to the trade, take the sword, slay you with it, keep all of the loot and call it a day, right?

....What are they teaching you kids in school these days?!

so a semi-hollow that can handle metal/high gain? or will it still feedback like a bitch?

Doesn't AM have a PRS hollowbody with a set of BKP warpigs or something in it?

Also, semi's like this are actually pretty good for metal. Creates a whole new sound.

I'm still hot for this one from the first thread about it. Although if they were going to cram that much stuff into one fairly inexpensive guitar I don't see why they couldn't find room for a kill switch.

Because you don't need one; in fact, Buckethead is the only person who should be allowed to have one.

Done what again? Made another trans red guitar with EMG's and excessive abalone binding/inlays?

Lose the binding and EMG's and it would be pretty cool.

I can't see this guitar being very popular....

Im sure I heard somewhere that EMGs where actually designed for some other reason than for metal, something about the design being for a certain clean sound, or now I think about it, primarily for hum cancelling? Well, something other than metal.
#27
EMGs were originally designed for blues players so the amps would overdrive more quickly, IIRC. Still, i want this guitar
#28
Doesn't really look that interesting to me - plenty of other guitars in their lineup catch my eye moreso(PT, california vintage, solos, corsairs, etc.).

all i can think to say about schecter at the moment is this:

what's the point in a well decorated cake if the cake itself tastes like recycled cardboard?
I like analogue Solid State amps that make no effort to be "tube-like", and I'm proud of it...

...A little too proud, to be honest.

@Blompcube

If it has a piezzo, you might think it tastes a little sweeter.

Oh, by the way, anyone got $1,000 to drop on it?

that would be jazz my friend. EMG's were meant to give a clipping clean sound for jazz.

there's freaking abalone binding round the back. FFS.

I'm just waiting for them to make a guitar out of solid abalone.
