Hey guys
So i've been playin around in drop B flat for some breaking ben stuff and I noticed that any time i plucked any note any harder than gently on the low Bb string i get some buzz. I was wonderin if this is something normal for very low tunings or if there might be an action problem (its a new bass btw)
Thanks

you need to either fix the action or get thicker strings for that tuning

well I rarely go into that tuning actually so in that case should I just deal with it lol?

There's really no getting around it when you tune down. I was playing a 34" scale bass tuned down a whole step today and the fret buzz drove me right up the wall. Get a longer scale bass or just live with it when you do tune down.

Get DR DDT heavy bass strings if you're going to play it a lot and get 1 bass set up for the drop tuning and keep 1 bass set up for standard with normal medium gauge strings

Hahaha, any paticular reason why the bassist needs to be female or are you just noncing?
You know, school girl and all that, 14-17?
Man, just get out your School of Rock DVD out and crack one off, don't go ruining young girls virtues!
