Looking for some receptive patterns I can practice with my metronome.

I wanna use these in rock and blues. I'm new to them so if can go from begginger to advance.

I use aeolin, minor pent, blues minor pent and major pentatonic.

I'd say pentatonic and your basic diatonic stuff. Diatonic alone and all the pentatonic shapes are enough to keep you busy for a year lol.

Map out every note ABCDEFG on your neck, play them all. Know how they ALL interconnect up down/left/right...etc
