i look back on that time and cringe.
Belief is a beautiful armour but makes for the heaviest sword.

Roland cube 30 (and i still believe it's a great little amp, even with my $2500 current rig)

Some cheap peavey SS practice amp that came with my cheap squier starter pack... Probably all of 10W, MAYBE a 10" speaker. Thing was utter crap. But I guess it got me started.

He's obviously pretty young, and I'd guess he's being raised by wolves, or at least humans with the intellectual capacity and compassion of wolves.

You finally made it home, draped in the flag that you fell for.

It would be very glamorous to be reincarnated as a great big ring on Liz Taylor's finger?!

I'm a student. I've got no time or space for an amp!

i had a little marlin amp. it wasn't horrendous, but i was a horrendous player who had no idea how to EQ or anything, so it sounded pretty horrible at the time.
I like analogue Solid State amps that make no effort to be "tube-like", and I'm proud of it...

...A little too proud, to be honest.

Marshall MG30

Still have it. I partially blew the speaker in the first band I was in, and the dirty channel doesn't work anymore unless you smack it. (sometimes)

Roland Cube 15x. I've had it for 4 years and it hasn't failed me yet. I want to upgrade though.

Pedals: Digitech RP355, HD500, Joyo AC-Tone, EHX Soul Food

If you don't count the awful, little thing that came with the guitar then it was a Vox ADVT. It's a decent amp but I realised that I had no need for something like that.
I use it as a cab now.

My first was a Fender Hot Rod DeVille, the 410 model.

I didn't know anything about tube break-up and headroom, and I didn't concern myself with the dirt channel. I just heard the cleans and thought it sounded great, which I still do; the cleans really are fantastic with that amp.

If I could do it all over again, I'd probably pick up a Blues Jr. instead. It would've been much more practical, what with the weight and the volume of the DeVille...

My very first amp? Back in the 60s I found a Silvertone tube half stack in a pawn shop. My first electric guitar was an Airline 335 copy from Montgomery Wards.

I started on some crummy Academy 15 watt amp and sold it shortly after cause I needed a bigger amp for a band a friend wanted me to play in. This bigger amp ended up being a Line 6 Spider III 75, which I sold after about a year to get the Traynor =P

same amp. i've had the input fall in the amp as well, but i've fished it out a few times. there's also a loose fuse, so the volume level is super tempermental, and if you actually hit the amp, it will help or hurt the cause.

tl;dr:
I had a Vox AD30VT
