well i think the jacksons are more because of the pickups and compound radius fretboard, other than that i think they are prett much the same

I played the EX50.

Pile of shit, cheap wood, cheap pups, cheap electronics, neck like a baseball bat and a pretty optimistic price tag.

Id take any jackson, any day of the week. Find a used KE3, DK2 or something.

$300 or less. they have a esp f-50 too. but im guessing all 50s are the same shit. i could prolly go for $350 because they have 15 % off of anything over $299.

Play the Kelly and the ESP and see which one you like better.

Just my 2¢ the JS32KE has $100 more quality.

My experience is that Jackson and Ibanez play better than ESP LTD at a comparable price point.

Any kind of V means you'll have to use a strap all the time. Not that big a deal but it does take some getting used to having a strap on all the time...

the only thing with the jackson that kinda makes me think twice is it seems so top heavy. but ill have to try it out and see how bad it really is.
