Obviously ATA cases are pretty common for amp heads but I was wondering if there was any sort of cheaper options. I would like to spend around $150 for a case for my head and can't find much out there. Any suggestions?

Are you flying with your head or what? What do you need a case for?

^agree. You really don't need a case if you just drive around. The worst thing that can happen is a few broken knobs or blown tubes (both cheaper than a case).

Except if you're in a car crash, in which case your head will be shattered. But i'm not sure a case would protect your gear efficiently anyway, so...

You will not find a ATA flight case for less than $200. Road cases USA has some $99 cases that are generic fits, but they dont come with padding. You can upgrade parts and padding though.

Edi: These cases are NOT ATA flight cases, but will offer some protection.
