Hi. Can someone tell me which guitars are real 24 fret guitars and which are just 22 fret guitars with 2 extra frets added on?

A *real* Strat??!! Hell No !
Even a [playable] MIM or MIJ clone? No!
A box-store, package deal combo copy for $99? mebbe!

Unless you see a major (hell! even recognizable/google-able) maker's name and a verifiable serial number on the back somewhere, it's worth what it is... a generic, garden variety, no pedigree 12 string. If it's eminently playable and sounds sweeter that Angel's harps; figger value at mebbe $150...tops!
Check E-Bay or a few of the guitar on-lines for current used prices , then deduct as needed. If you have nuthin' in the "Strat", it'll be worth what ya trade for it

Simply my $.02's worth. YMMV

Thanks for the input, I'm really thinking it'll be a no, based upon the knock-off look of the guitar, plus, I've another offer who'll pay the price I'm asking.
