It's dependent on the shop but it's usually between $45-$90.
Damn it! Disable can't use disable to disable Disable's disable because disable's disable has already been disabled by Disable's disable!

I've refretted a guitar before and it's a bitch of a job. Much better to pay someone else to do it.

I would assume $100 and if the places near you charge less than that then you'll get a nice surprise. It's always better to assume higher prices because you might find that there's only one good luthier in your area and he might use that to bump his labor costs up. And definitely do take it to a good luthier, you don't want somewhere like Guitar Center to level for your frets.
