I love skipping a lot and it's not as easy as a lot of people think. It improves, hand, feet and eye coordination as well as stamina. It will get your body toned up and you can immediately see the results after a week weeks of hard skipping. Any fans of skipping?

Here's an example of a skipping legend, also undefeated #1 Pound for Pound boxer, Floyd Mayweather Jr:

Does anyone else skip?

I like jumping too. If I didn't live above the ground floor, and I wasn't so obsessed about keeping my ropes clean, I'd jump.

I think it's much more fun than running, but it gives the same benefits. Sure, it doesn't work exactly the same muscles, but it still increases stamina, which, to me, is important.

I actually don't think it requires a lot of hand-eye coordination. You just...skip.

I totally suck at it. I guess I gotta do it some more, as my agility is waaaayyyy too low.
