So I was looking at artcores for a while, and I was gonna get the big white jazz-box thing, but then I saw this on ebay for half-price:so I was like, yeah I could live with that design I guess, they're still good guitars. So I went into
the shop to check one out and I found out the finish is also black GLITTER. Like, a lot of glitter. But I kinda already had my heart set on it, and it does sound great, and it was a good deal. So I bought it.
Now every time I look at it I'm like, "..hmm". Did I make a bad choice?

Are we talking Galaxy Black color? Like so... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bt-RoSzsEKA If so then I don't see a problem with it Even if it isn't w.e. makes you happy man. If it sounds good then screw the color haha. I know guitarists who play pink guitars >.<

There's no such thing as a '<gender>'s guitar'. If this 'black glitter' is anything like stock RG2228s' galaxy black finish, it probably looks awesome.

Paul Gilbert use to play a pink, glittering Ibanez when he was in Racer X and he's a cool guy. I don't see the problem here TS.

my appl-artin is purple too. it was supposed to be black... dye job gone wrong
it adds to the character of it =D

its how you hold it and play it that makes it your guitar vs a girls guitar.
if you look uncomfortable and ashamed to have it because you think of it as a girls guitar, then it will look like it is.
if you rock it like its yours, and like the color, then no one can take that away

I have plans to get a hello kitty squier to play metal on... but then I am kinda girly myself... Anyway, there's no such thing as a guitar that is purely for girls, there are guitars designed to appeal to girls but not specifically for girls.

Hello Kitty guitar is NOT a girl's guitar. It's a man's girly guitar.

TS, if you have to doubt your decision to buy the guitar, surely that means you made the wrong choice? And THIS, is a girl's guitar...
