hey guys ive been playing the guitar for about a year and a half now but I have been focusing on my rhythm more than guitar solos can you give me some pointers on which songs are simple to get into the guitar solos.

I listen to A7X, Ozzy, Metallica, BLS, Pantera, BFMV, Megadeth and Slash

thanks in advance guys

Enter Sandman isn't too hard, and either Nothing Else Matters and The Unforgiven are pretty simple to start off with.

pretty much all of bfmvs solos and a7xs are very simple and easy to build on. (inb4 whichever troll says 'AFTERLIFE IS SRSLY HARD')

Yeah Mama I'm coming home is a good choice, I've been playing electric for 6 months and it took me 5 minutes to learn it

+1 for the Portishead, not usually mentioned around here. And I second Glory Box, it is quite easy.

Highway to hell - ac/dc

Enter sandman was a ridiculous suggestion, as as everything GibsonMan posted - those are not even close to being "beginner" solos
Actually called Mark!

Never heard anyone call Crazy Train a beginner solo before.

Black Sabbath - Paranoid
Iron Maiden - Stranger in a Strange Land
Iron Maiden - Powerslave (first solo)
Metallica - One (Intro solo)

Smells like Teen Spirit - Nirvana
American Idiot - Green Day
The Hell Song - Sum 41
Tribute - Tenacious D (The first one, not the second, that's quite hard)
Fire, Purple Haze, Little Wing - Jimi Hendrix.

The one in Megadeth's Sweating Bullets is kinda easy, though I'm not much of a guitarist (I mainly play bass)
Professional lurker since 2009.

Nothing else matters is fairly easy. Just take things slow at first and don't give up.
