Which guitar would you say has the most class?

For me it would have to be the Gretsch White Falcon, the new Epi Royale series has some pretty suave looking axes in it too. There's just something about a white and gold finish that just oozes class to me.
Anyone else?

Gretsch White Falcon

Epi Dot Royale (saving for this already )

Most semihollows. And PRS's. I'm personally not a huge fan of PRS's but I respect people who play them.

And I don't know if I'm biased, but

No such thing as a bad guitarist that plays a Parker.

My idea of the ultimate classy guitar is a Washburn Idol in tobaccoburst with gold hardware, pickup covers and a quilt top, and the local Washburn dealer has one but I can't find pics of it. Ah well, here's some ones I think are pretty classy.

Enix you cant be serious. That Dean headstock and fin jutting out from the bottom ruin its classy look and make it look like some sick metal/classy mashup. The sgs more alright, except those inlays and symbol thing on the headstock. LP I can wholeheartedly agree with though

Literally coming into this thread expecting to see nothing but PRS's and old Gibsons. Looks like I forgot all of the hollow/semi-hollow's.

And this is amazing. I believe she's a Carvin in classy-sexy dragonburst finish on a beautiful quilted maple top. Just my opinion though.

Edit: Here's a link that has more pictures of it, and some info on it, etc.

Depends what you mean with "classy".
It can both mean a great vintage look, or it can mean a lot of bling.

I rather like semi-hollow guitars and think most of them are very "vintage classy".

Yup. Superstrats generally don't fit the bill for classy.

Grace Kelly is classy. Lady Gaga is not. You can like something aesthetically but that does not make it classy. Things with a bunch of colors or wild paint jobs, abalone, crazy figured tops, etc., just don't meet my idea of classy. They can be beautiful, but 'classy' to me requires an element of simple, often understated, elegance.

Classiness requires nuance. An AAAAA top with shiny gold hardware and half a pound of abalone is not subtle in any way.

Given the context of the thread, I think he means aesthetically, not sonically. Maybe not, though.

I love the bird inlays, especially the shadow ones or whatever they're called. Not big on a lot of the bright quilt tops, but PRS always does really nice necks and headstocks.

That Natural finish one is especially nice. I didn't mean to malign all superstrats, although I guess I did. I think that green one you posted with the sharkfins was a little closer to what I was thinking. It doesn't make the classy cut to me. Look at the rest of the ones you posted - muted, coherent colors with touches of black or white for contrast. Low on the embellishments, smooth lines, clean layout. That's classy.

Quite classy if I say so myself, even in person.
"Did you ever find Bugs Bunny attractive when he put on a dress and played a girl bunny?"

"No..." [laughs, then more emphatically] "No."

"Oh, me neither, man, I was just asking."

I think my MIK tobacco burst Sheraton II is pretty classy looking (though maybe I'm biased):

I took the pickguard off, which makes it look nicer. I completely agree with an earlier poster who said Gibson archtops. That Gibson Byrdland makes me drool. The ES-137 is also very nice.

I'll have to put the Classic T models on my to-try list. Shame the finish options there are Anachronism Gold, Nuclear Waste and Aged Clown, because in principle the plaintop is right up my alley.

Presumably because the CCF (Combined Corksniffing Forces) of MLP and Gibson forums would rise up against them, plunging the land into war.
