How to do that? any video instructions or step by step with pictures? I think my string is too far away from fret board and its too hard to press down at those higher frets.

You can remove the bridge nd put a piece of 400 grit sand paper on a table. then gently rub the bridge's base on the sand paper. this will help lower the strings, but be careful not to take too much off the bridge.
EDIT : the key is to keep everything FLAT while sanding

The first thing I would do is check to see if the neck is straight. If it isn't I would get somebody that knows how to get the neck straightened out. Its not that complicated once somebody shows you how. Only after you have a straight neck are you ready to modify bridge and/or nut. Setting the action up correctly will make a night and day difference in playability.
