Hi guys. Thinking about getting a bad monkey OD pedal. I don't really love burning through 9volt batteries, so I'm curious if one of my adapters i already own will work with the bad monkey. I've got a EHX metal muff, and I dont really use it anymore, and the adapter that works with it is a Boss/Ibanez AC/DC replacement adapter. input= 120v AC 60 hz .15 A and the output = 9.6V DC 200 mA

will this work with the digitech bad monkey? on their website it says the bad monkey draws 17 mA of current at 9V DC

thanks!

(trying not to spend any more money on another adapter if i don't have to, im on a budget)

I would just get the one that digitech recommends for the bad monkey. Because you dont want to mess up the bad monkey with the wrong power adapter.
Guitars: Fender FSR Standard Strat, Squire Affinity Strat, Epiphone Nighthawk
Amps: Vox AC15C1, Roland Cube 15x, Peavey KB-1
Pedals: Digitech RP355, HD500, Joyo AC-Tone, EHX Soul Food

Any standard 9v DC adapter will do just fine.

Totally fine. As long as voltage and polarity match, you can use anything that provides 17 mA of current or more.
