It's a Supro Collegian Resonator !
It was made sometime between 1939 and 1942.

Earlier this month I was given this guitar, and it needed some work. I took it right to a local luthier who put on new tuners (the Bakelite ones were crumbling), re-dressed the frets, stripped the neck and headstock of paint, and put a satin finish on. I just got it back today.

This thing is great. The neck is a pretty large V, but comfortable. And man is it loud with the all-metal body, sounds great with slide.
"The man that hath no music in himself, nor is not moved with concord of sweet sounds, is fit for treasons, stratagems, and spoils. The motions of his spirit are dull as night, and his affections dark as Erebus. Let no such man be trusted."
