My digitech rp 250 guitar processor seems to be frozen. everything is all lit up and its all zeros in the display screen. What should I do?

Try a factory reset.

From the digitech rp250 manual

"1. Press and hold the "store" button while powering up the rp250.

2. When the display prompts you with "FACRST", release the store button, which is now flashing.

3. Press and hold the store button for 3 seconds until RSTORD appears in the display and release."

It will now prompt you to calibrate the expression pedal.*

I"ve tried holding store but it doesn't work. I held it for 30 seconds and nothing happened. other sites said i need a firmware update but their link was faulty.

I fixed the problem. My power cable was feeding enough power to the pedal so it would freeze. so i bought a new cable and it works fine. Thanks for all the advice.
