Hey

I am getting a Cabinet tomorrow ( thanks to Mark ) and i wanted to use it directly...

If i use it this way:

EC-100 -> zoom 9150 guitar input -> zoom 9150 output ( mono ) -> Stagg 15W CD input -> Stagg 15W phones output -> new 212 cabinet

Is that possible or will i harm anything?

it can work, but you will get no volume, because the phone output is maybe .5 watts. Just get an amp/power amp and you'll be fine.

ive gotten the phones output on my pod to drive a cab before so it IS possible, just might be really really quiet

doesn't matter, cuz i always play really quiet, just noon at the input and half past 6 on the master xD ( gives a better sound imo )

and was it a 112 or a 212 or even a 412? ( or maybe a 108 / 110? )

it was a 2x12. actually i did it once with a 4x12 as well. headphone outs differ so "quiet" could mean bedroom practice volumes all the way down to cant hear it over your string noise quiet

it just depends on the individual product. the headphone output is only given a little bit of power to get sound into the tiny headphone speakers. it isnt built to drive a 12 inch speaker, especially not 4 haha. basically you will have to wait until you get the cab and try it out to see
