I've got a few choices:

Stairway to Heaven-Zepp
Machine Gun-Hendrix (well, Band of Gypsies)
Eruption- Van Halen
Layla- Derek and the Dominoes
Cause We've Ended as Lovers- Jeff Beck
Little Wing- Hendrix/Stevie Ray (both great)

guns n roses - night train, so many great groovy riffs in one song played by 2 guitars playing very different things at the same thing and a great main solo which is catchy as hell

Also anything of Annihilators first two albums, so many great riffs and time changes in one song, from melodic leads and fast paced technical thrash riffs to bright shimmering acoustic interludes
My Gear:
BC Rich Gunslinger Retro Blade
Vintage V100 Paradise + SD Alnico Pro Slash APH-2's
1963 Burns Short Scale Jazz Guitar
Dean Performer Florentine
Bugera 6260
Orange Micro Terror + cab
Digitech Bad Monkey
Zoom G2G

A few of my most loved ones:

Andalusia - Joe Satriani
Whispering A Prayer - Steve Vai
Little Wing - Jimi Hendrix
Dream Theater - Lines In The Sand
Eric Johnson - Desert Rose

Don't think I'll ever have one I prefer more than any other.

P great song, although I think I would take Make Everyone Happy/Mechanical Birds over that for a 'guitar' song simply because making his guitar sound like Mechanical birds is p ****ing awesome.

I'd agree, but I can listen to Night on the Sun on repeat all day. I can't listen to Mechanical Birds more than twice in a week before it gets annoying. Impressive and great, but annoying.
