I just want to see what brand you guys like the most for amplification. I've always liked how the jcm800 sounded, so Marshall for me. Sorry if couldn't put more brands up there, it would only allow ten.
Guitars: Fender FSR Standard Strat, Squire Affinity Strat, Epiphone Nighthawk
Amps: Vox AC15C1, Roland Cube 15x, Peavey KB-1
Pedals: Digitech RP355, HD500, Joyo AC-Tone, EHX Soul Food

Well, I own two Cornford amplifiers, and I'm very happy with them. So I'll say Cornford.
My name is Tom, feel free to use it.

Orange! for me it is the best amp, it gives the awesome british tone that i seek xD i only dont have one because of the cost of it xD

Hughes & Kettner, without a doubt. But if they didn't exist it would probably be a toss up between Mesa and ENGL.
Hey, look. Sigs are back.

I played the Roadhouse 30 before I got my Marshall. I was very impressed.

But, my first choice would be Marshall. Then ENGL and Orange would probably tie for second.

Two-rock or PRS.

edit: I also like Fenders. Twin reverb, Blues jr., Blues deluxe
If i can't get my hands on a Two-rock, i'd prolly go searching for a Dumble tho.

Guess I'll just say Bugera and hope they'll eventually clone everything.

Can't be arsed to come up with a joke about flames/explosions, sorry.

How can this question not be based on your style of music? If you play grindcore you aren't going to choose Vox or something.

You comin from TGP?

I'd probably go with Diezel or Bogner. Both have amps that do any of the tones I want/need and the voicings are very much to my taste.

Mesa 'cause they have a good variety of amps.

Proceed with extreme caution!

I have no allegiances.

Same.

But if I had to choose, I'd say Diezel. Einstein for more classic Rock stuff, VH4 for proggy stuff, and a Herbert for heavy stuff.

what is the point of these "only one" threads?

most of us don't have just one amp, and wouldn't.
I wondered why the frisbee was getting bigger, then it hit me.

I wouldn't limit myself to one amp company, I tend to progress to diff amps every so often.
2002 PRS CE22
2013 G&L ASAT Deluxe
2009 Epiphone G-400 (SH-4)
Marshall JCM2000 DSL100
Krank 1980 Jr 20watt
Krank Rev 4x12 (eminence V12)
GFS Greenie/Digitech Bad Monkey
Morley Bad Horsie 2
MXR Smart Gate

that's a tough question lol, I love the Fender clean a Blues Deluxe or Twin Reverb gives, but then I love the Marshall overdrive.. and the Vox crunch.. and the Line6.. wait nevermind..
I'm surprised so few people voted for Vox though, anybody heard the AC-30??

I only have one amp..real amp needless to say...are you trying to say something Greg?

I would go with either Mesa, or Baron custom amps, can't decide yet.

Sponsored (partially) by Bogner, so I'll go with that.

I already own 4: 1 Goldfinger, 1 Shiva EL34, 2 Metropolises
