I'm currently tossing up between an LTD EC-1000 in Vintage Black or the LTD James Hetfield Snakebyte. I couldn't decide, so I thought I'd ask the experts.
Which one should I get?

Ps. None of this 'Eclipse because the Snakebyte's hell ugly.'
Best bet is to try them both then decide. But remember the snakebyte is more than likely overpriced being a signature model
Down they come
The swarm of locusts
Skies above
Converge to choke us
Feast of souls
Consume the harvest
Young and old
Suffer unto the locust
Believe it or not they're roughly the same price, and if i got the EC I'd have to spend more money on a case. I'm more leaning towards the Snakebyte, as I already have a LP shape guitar.
EC1000 has 24 frets. Snakebyte only has 22.
Spin 'round carousel when your horse isn't screwed in.

My band:
Fractured Instinct
(For fans of Death/Groove/Prog Metal)

Ibanez RGA42E
Ibanez S420
LTD H-301
Ibanez RG520
Peavey Predator USA
Douglas Grendel 725
Line 6 Pod HD500X
The snakebyte doesn't have a tone control if that matters. Other than that and the frets, it really comes down to which guitar a] plays and feels better and b] sounds better. Which means you'd have to try them out
