Are flatwound strings designed for basses with string thru bodies? I read in a musicians friend review that they are. I checked Google (darkmass.....) and git mixed answers so I now turn to the bass forum. Thanx for all input

In the end, the only question is: what bass would Jesus play?

I think he's a Fender Jazz guy.

They're as suitable for a string-through body as rounds are.

No, I have a string thru bridge on my dean edge. So can I use them on a string thru bridge?
