Okay so i have a dilemma , i am a happy owner of a Fender American Standard Tele , however i have seen people selling these for £900ish and i was wanting some opinions on whether it would be good to sell up , and use to the cash to buy a new epiphone slash appetite and an amp ( blackstar ht5 ministack).

Opinions ?, Cheers in advance.

Why would you downgrade to an overhyped guitar from a guitar that is actually good?

If you're happy with it, save money for the HT-5.

Save money for the HT-5... If you enjoy the Fender, then keep it.

Do not even dare to do it, it will be a waste of your efforts.

If you want the HT-5 so badly, save up for it. What music do you play ?

The only real answer to the SG vs Les Paul debate is to get a Flying V and laugh at all the suckers who don't have one.

dont do it. Never give up a good guitar for a mediocre guitar. That Tele will be worth £900 for a long time. Probably never depreciate much lower than that. keep the Fender and save for another guitar.

Don't do it
HILT!

Where's Waldo?

Yeah, keep the Fender.
It's an actual made in USA Fender, why would you settle for something made by Gibson and a shitty 5 watt tube amp?

If you do it, we would have to kill you for your blasphemes against guitarists.

this. the epi will be overpriced cause it has slash's name on it, and the blackstar wont be that great. Dont do it!

Think about it.
It's an overpriced Epiphone because of Slash's name on it.
What Guitar Hero nerd doesn't learn Sweet child o mine every other day?
You have an American made Fender. That you can make unique.
And the 5 watt tube amp...
Sure, it's better than anything else because it runs on tubes. (smartassery intended)
Don't do it. It does seem like a tempting deal, but no. like everyone else says, no.
Your mind has been changed thanks to us.
