My Ibanez is equipped with an Ibanez Lo-TRS tremolo.
It's a screw in style arm, and the block is a darker titanium type color that says Takeuchi Made in Japan.
The knife edges dont seem dull and theres no strange noises from it and it stays in tune pretty well.
I have noticed that I can achieve the flutter tehcnique and it lasts for a good 3 seconds, in fact the bridge still vibrates even when the flutter begins to fade.
So after reading skepticism about this particular tremolo, is this a high quality bridge considering it's made in Japan and can do the flutter technique quite well?

what model Ibanez is it on? If it is a sub $500 guitar, chances are it is a very cheap trem

It's an Ibanez EX3700.
The top of the line model from the first series of Ibanez to be made in Korea.

It shold be OK, you may want to adjust the springs, to create more tension to stop the flutter faster.

I'll have to put the Classic T models on my to-try list. Shame the finish options there are Anachronism Gold, Nuclear Waste and Aged Clown, because in principle the plaintop is right up my alley.

Presumably because the CCF (Combined Corksniffing Forces) of MLP and Gibson forums would rise up against them, plunging the land into war.
