Okay, so I thought that I had the amp that I was gonna buy all lined out and stuff; I thought that I knew for sure which one I was gonna get. I went to sleep, woke up, and now I can't decide again. These are the ones that I'm thinking of:

Peavey Windsor Head
Bugera 1990
Bugera 6260
Crate BV120H
Peavey Ultra (Not the Plus model)
B-52 AT-100

I use an Epiphone Les Paul Standard with DiMarzio D Activator-X pickups and a Seymour Duncan Blackout preamp - the thing is smokin'! So, I tend to get more gain out of amps. I currently run thru a 5150, which is amazing, but I want another rig to use for an A/B-Y type deal and also for my band mate who only uses a 75 watt Spider III Line 6. I generally play anything from technical death/thrash to Cloudkicker type metal. So I'm looking for a tone that's pretty punchy and clear. I generally don't use much gain (about 2.5 to 3 MAX on the 5150) so I'm not looking for a gain monster, and I do NOT like scooped mids - I like quite a bit of mids in my tone.

I thought that I had decided on the Crate BV120H, but I'm back to the point of indecision. Let me know which you all think would be best. I should also add, I know that the Windsor is a one-channel amp and alll, but from what I've heard about it, it has a nice Marshall-esque crunch. Furthermore, I am unable to try out any of these as no music shops around my area carry them.

Thanks!

+1 to the Ultra

It's the predecessor to the XXX. Very similar tone.

I'd go the Windsor. Or similar.

Any particular reason that you like the Windsor? That's kind of the direction I'm leaning and it's turning to go between the Windsor and the Ultra.

Yeah, the only thing that I might not like about the 6260 is that it's a 'clone' of a 5150. I'm not looking to get two rigs that are almost the same, ya know? They sound good, but I just don't know that I want what is essentially two 5150s.
