I have a volume 'suck knob' or 'suck box' as they call them. On eBay they are called ( Brand ) amp alternators I think.

I've got a pic somewhere....

Anyway.....what gear do you have that you are pretty sure no one else would want?

#2
Peavey 10 watt practice amp, no presets, no extra features, not nothing, just an overdrive setting, a volume setting, and a tone setting, probably turning this one into a talk box considering I just got a new amp.
#4
Um, my half broken cube 15x.

You got the idea from that other gear thread, didn't you?
Guitars: Fender FSR Standard Strat, Squire Affinity Strat, Epiphone Nighthawk
Amps: Vox AC15C1, Roland Cube 15x, Peavey KB-1
Pedals: Digitech RP355, HD500, Joyo AC-Tone, EHX Soul Food

*Had* a First Act chorus pedal that I bought at Toys R Us for ten bucks when I first started working there 2 years ago. Tried to sell it at a pawn shop once, the guy wouldn't take it. Went to sell another pedal the other day and took the chorus with me for the hell of it and ended up giving it to the guy just so I could get rid of it. He said "pretty sad when someone doesn't even want it for free."

Mmm.. maybe we should change it too gear no bandwagoning person would want on " this" forum.

Crate Blue Voodoo. Liked by a few and hated by highschoolers on this forum everywhere. If it isn't the 6505 they have never played even once, then it ain't wanted.

Next I think no one would want ANY of my Jackson guitars because they ain't no fender or gibson.

Seriously though I have a volume pedal(i got for free), bespeco VM12. I doubt anyone would want that plastic piece of crap.

no one wants my harmonicas... cuz they have my harmonica juice all over em.

congrats on naming the thread something coherent 311!

Probably my DS-1. That, and my Ibanez GIO that is rusted out, doesn't stay in tune, and is impossible to ground so it just hums away uncontrollably

Sadly it came like that out of the box..

Do a Craig and gut it and build a decent amp inside it. I'm sure the cabinet is ok.

No one wants your stuff?

Your local music store / used store / pawn shop says hi.

No, the local pawn shops & music stores didn't actually want to pay anything for it.

My 1987, 30 watt Korean made Washburn amp, with USA reverb tank, mismatched knobs, and a 180 watt 12" Pioneer home system speaker in it.
Regardless, it sounds pretty nice.

I live in sydney and i have an old fm212r. You can build an amp for me of you want. Some sort of fender clone would awesome. How much would you charge for something like that?

On topic, my boss ph3. Pretty rubbish pedal.

Well, let's say you want to build Fender Deluxe into it. There'll be about $400 in parts - maybe $500 for the Deluxe, I haven't found a cheap power tranny for one yet. I'd want a couple of hundred for my time. It is a fair bit of time, really. There's hardly anything in there that is reusable apart from a couple of switches and maybe some pots. I'd have to just totally gut the chassis and replace everything between the input and output jacks. It would probably need a new faceplate too. Even if you just replaced it with aluminium and had it engraved it would cost a bit. Not sure, I'd have to look at what's already there. So somewhere between $600 and $700 all up.
A bigger amp like a Twin or a JTM (if there's room) would just cost more in parts. At a guess add around $200.
I'm in central victoria btw so shipping costs may be prohibitive unless you often drive down this way.
