This again

The rp355 has more features than any other processor in it's price range(and it also has the most amp models and effects) that's why I chose it.

Amps: Vox AC15C1, Roland Cube 15x, Peavey KB-1

You should tell us all the multifx units you know about and the pros and cons of each. Then we may have some additional suggestions based on the info you give.

What does "pr" mean? The new digitech rp units have a drum machine and USB recording.

Both Zoom and Digitech have them.
#17
if we throw out price limit what will be the best choice for good sound quality?
ps just love petrucci's sound
#18
if you need a drum machine, get one of the rp's like everyone is suggesting. if not, and removing the price limit, go check out the pod hd500, avid eleven rack, and fractal axe fx. decide how much money youd like to spend, and buy the one that fits in your budget lol

The axe fx 2 sounds amazing but it's probably out of your price range. I'd still go with the rp series though.
