How would you guys do it, I'm having some trouble and am looking for alternate methods

Specifically there's a full bend on the 17th and 19th frets of the b and g strings I'm looking at.

That would

a) bend all of the strings
b) bend them out of tune (different strings bend different amounts)
E:-6
B:-0
G:-5
D:-6
A:-0
E:-3

Well, the guitar player could be playing the chord, bending the two notes, and then going back to playing the chord.

Or, he could be dubbing that over the strummed chord in the recording process. Or, one guitar could be playing the bend, and the other the chord.

Post the tab and the song please.

That's not really a barre chord then but whatever do this:

Fret with third finger barred
support with first and second fingers
bend.

It just takes practice, the technique is the same as normal bending only you're barring and not just fretting. Unless you're one of these people who bends with your fingers and not your wrist in which case: stop that and change your technique.
