i've checked today my new room in my new apartment and the door is quite awesome(the room as well), for example, if i put my phone in the room and play a music in full volume(yea.. i know its just a phone) i cant hear ANYTHING outside when the door is closed completely.
here some photos of the door and door frame:

as you can see there is a 2 places where the sound can get trough:
the outside frame which is quite sealed with the black rubber(the rubber is all around the door, there is literally no tear or blank space).
the inside frame which has no sealing.
I thought to seal the inside frame with rubber but i'm not sure if its worth it and if it possible(the floor level could be tricky).
my other tough was to put some sealing as rubber or foam in the outside frame( not the door the frame) so it would be really sealed(and again im not sure about the effectiveness)
what are your ideas?
any good sound like test that you could suggest me to conduct?

Didn't you say that you had a stuffed fox that you would occasionally fuck?

It's not a fox,it's a wolf.

I would attach a rod to the door, extending past the frame, and hang a couple pieces of carpet padding so when the door is closed, it is engulfed in it. Win.

Stuff some towels at the foot of the door. Like you're trying to prevent ghosts from getting into your room.

Then again, they could just walk through the walls...

ill try to bring some heavier artillery to test the sound isolation.
towels sounds nice, but they will twist and cram every time ill close the door.(FYI, the sealing in the lower section of the door is as good as it all around it)
do you think sanding or polishing the door frame would help the sealing?
one more question:
its quite hard to close it completely, lubrication advice's?

the bed is 2m, the entire room is 2.9, and in my new design the computer corner would be replace by a shelf that would take the empty space between the bed and the desk.
