Something different this time. Been sitting on it for a while, I don't think I'm going anywhere else with it.

C4C as time allows, drop me a link and I'll return a crit of equal merit.

Thanks.

That was really sweet! It reminded me of Counterparts alot, but it had it's own nice little flair to it. The drums were very well executed and it had some great build up. The only thing I didn't like in the song was the octave chord that changed from 5x7 to 6x7, I think it would sound fine without the 6, but it wasn't a huge deal. Great work man!

C4C ?

This is awesome. Only thing that let me down a bit was the ending breakdown. But other than that: pure class.

a very counterpartsy intro, and a very tgi outro breakdown, but overall pretty godamn good! I think section B is a little too repetitive, and that the distorted E drop is a bit boring, with the straight 8 rhythm guitar. If I were you i'd change the rhythm there, to perhaps a slightly more interesting and groovy backing, like 1:14 in The Sanctuary by counterparts...
loving this song, much more interesting than a lot of the 'hardcore' on here, and for that matter the 'melodic' stuff as well

This song is pretty good. Very Counterparts sounding, with TGI heavy breakdown parts. I like how you put in those accidental chords when you go 8-10-11 instead of 8-10-12. It kinda unexpected and I like it. As for complaints, I think section D drags on way too long. It get's pretty monotonous after a while. A little suggestion: Cut it down to two repeats instead of four and have track 1 doing some cool lead part before each repeat.

Mind critting my song? https://www.ultimate-guitar.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1467457

And for the record, this is melodic metalcore, not hardcore. I hate it when people label stuff like this as melodic hardcore. Pet peeve of mine.
