So, I know this feature has been around for a while, but I'm still amazed at some of the stuff the transcription puts out there.

For instance: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YvUbbYX9BMs

to choose a random part the following was transcribed:
Actual lyrics: "I could have been a surgeon, I like taking things apart"
Transcribed lyrics: "idyllic but do not certified light didn't exactly act"

So, do you guys ever try this feature out? Have you ever seen it actually transcribe the audio with relatively good results? Do you think it is even possible to do so (especially in cases with background noise or multiple people speaking) without having a real person transcribe it manually?

(For those of you that don't know, you can turn it on via the caption options)

It's great for transcribing foreign speech and guitar sounds.

That makes me want the option to be available for this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=muCPjK4nGY4

I wonder if it would get anything from it at all,
