i am serious, i just recorded 2 tracks for a friend and it was late night and needed percussion to fill in the mix... spent 3 hours tapping spoons on kitchen ware. it works if the tracks are appropriate for it.

I assume you are around my age, but I'm not going to get in argument.
I think what you're looking for a drum MACHINE, you can download them pretty cheap off the internet.

You can get hardware too, but it might be more expensive

Boss makes a few, I think Korg does too. Price depends on what all you want. The high end Boss is like $500.00 range. But the cheapy is quite a bit cheaper, like around $40.00.

Well, maybe the ts can record himself doing that and then play it back while he's playing. No cost.

The cheapest is a used Digitech multifx like the RP50 or some other low cost variation. Zoom too. Drum machines can be expensive but every now and then a used deal pops up. I like the DR-5. I picked one up for $60 on craigslist.
#20
The RP50 isn't showing up on Musician's Friend same with the DR-5.
Hi, you're better than me. Have a nice day!

You'll have the get the rp50 used because they don't sell it in stores anymore. Where's your closest craigslist?

In my taskbar..... In all seriousness it is Northern Michigan which covers quite a bit and the only thing I found lately was a Roland something and OMFG too expensive.

I checked your craigslist and it has nothing. Can you buy used from Guitar Center mail order? If you go to the used gear at GC web site and search Digitech you can find a lot of cheap multifx with drums.

Guitar Center takes wayyyy to long to load on dial up. @ Saint: Best friend or e-brother?
