I just bought Ziricote back and sides what top do you guys think would sound the best?

Personally, I like cedar for tops, but out of those I'd choose redwood

Not really, I've seen plenty of guitars made out of it. and it has a pretty good tone to it. but it's all very similar to Cedar which is a lot stronger

Cedar is soft. Strong but soft. It dents if you look at it too hard or if you breathe on it. I just can't decide whisch one. It was between redwood and spruce but now its between the 3 Cedar, redwood, or spruce

The cedar top on my Cordoba is soft. That combined with the Shellac finish is the reason why when a nylon string slips, its take a small chunk out. I think it's Canadian red cedar. The neck is a different cedar, probably stronger for use as a neck wood.
