I don't have an account on Jemsite, so i'll ask ya'll here! This guy says he just isn't sure, but the pickguard does have 10 screws, and most fakes have 9....here are some photos, and just curious as to what everyone though!

I would say it's a fake:

- The genuine Jem has gold screws all over

- the pickguard is different from a genuine Jem

- the placement of the pots and switch is different from a genuine Jem

- the recession behind the tremolo is too large towards the back of the body (too much wood taken out)

That's just from one picture, if you inspected it closer I'm sure you would find other differences.
