So in my band I'm gonna be having a NS2, Tuner, OD and a Delay/Reverb or both.. Will I need a pedal board for it? I'm clueless with them, I know nothing about them apart from they hold pedals and thats it. Can anyone enlighten me?

They're easier to carry with a pedalboard and they'll stay organized that way.

i throw all my cables and crap in my pedalboard after a hasty stage exit is in order but i'm prolly getting another for christmas so i have a dedicated effects loop board and guitar-to-amp board

How do I go about having one that's like a case I can carry?

I first built one in a suitcase, just glued some carpet on the bottom and attached velcro to the bottom of the pedals. Added a little foam to the top of the suitcase to stop them getting damaged. It was good, but the sides of the case made it a little hard to step on the pedals.

Board two is a plank of wood with carpet on it - it's suitcase sized so I just use the suitcase to transport it. Add a couple of doorhandles to the wood to make it easier to get in/out of the suitcase and you're good.
I make band posters!

Get a Gator GPT board. They're cheap, and awesome.
