Surely if all you're after is "cheap but normal" headphones, you just need to check out a few stores & buy whatever you can afford? Assuming the equivalent prices match up in my country and yours, that budget should be more than enough to get you a decent set of headphones from any decent store.

Posting here for advice is only really worthwhile if you're looking for something special or have a specific requirement.
Gibson LP Traditional, LP GT, LP Studio, SG Standard x2
Barber Tone Press > EHX Worm >TC Polytune > MXR Custom Badass 78 > EXH Glove > EHX East River Drive > Zoom G3 > TC Spark Mini Booster

$20 isn't going to get you anything of a particularly great quality, so just get whatever is comfortable. At that price all you can ask for is comfort.

I use the sennheiser hd 202's with my rp355 and they work good for $20 headphones.
Guitars: Fender FSR Standard Strat, Squire Affinity Strat, Epiphone Nighthawk
Amps: Vox AC15C1, Roland Cube 15x, Peavey KB-1
Pedals: Digitech RP355, HD500, Joyo AC-Tone, EHX Soul Food

The 202s are great for the money.

i have some senhausers, and they have treated me great for a long time. they were like $80-$100 though, so its up a level or so from the ones you are looking for, but with everybodys opinion towards them i would definitely go with the senhausers.

as far as that first link, while they look cool, the will probably sound disappointing. i haven't been a fan of AKG

I also have the 202s and can't complain for the price.
I use them when I practice non-acoustic (which I rarely do nowadays)
