I cannot remember the last section of the turnaround, it starts out....

....Am-A7-Dm-G7/D-F7/C....and from there I can't remember how to play it...please help!

It ends on the E7. I'm pretty sure it goes to a B something and then E7 A7 E7...
Do not concentrate on the finger for you will miss all the heavenly glory.

forgetting about the passing chords, the main chord line is

|Am7 |Dm7 |E7 |Am7 |
|Dm7 |Am7 |E7 |Am7 |

most of the passing chords will be tritones and on the E7, they may substitute it for a Ab diminished. minor swing is a jazz standard, and as such there is much room for you playing it how you want to.
