I'm mostly an electric player, but I want to upgrade from my old overused classical that my mother used to play when she was my age. I want it to be electro-acoustic, within the price range of about 150 - 300 euro. I'll use it mostly for random jamming, playing blues and also some Tommy Emmanuel stuff.

I've already been looking at the Takamine EG440SC. Any other recommendations? I'm going to a big guitar shop this Wednesday.

I used to have a Takamine 12 string and rated it very highly (I wish I hadn't sold it). Also look at Crafter, they make some good electrocoustics which should fall within your budget.

You can't go wrong with Takamine at that price, but I would also look at some Yamahas when you're down in the guitar shop.
