I'm putting together an acoustic setlist and need some cover songs. I've already got a couple, like Death Whispered a Lullaby from Opeth and Tres Libras from A Perfect Circle, but I need some more that are kinda sullen and dark like that.

Any ideas, anyone?

Well I don't know how dark/sullen you're looking for, but here are some recommendations

The Wind and the Wheat

Acoustic Medley by In Flames

If you have a pianist, Patterns In The Ivy by Opeth is always a good choice.

If you have a duet, I highly recommend this piece (it is on the classical guitar though, but of course it can be artfully done on a steel string):

Phillip Houghton - Lament (duets no. 2)

Then of course, depending on your level of skill, there's the ever beautiful Koyunbaba (movement III):

I've already put "Coast" and "Terminal" on the setlist, I don't think too much Townsend would be a good thing

Too much Townsend not being good? Oxymoron

Check out Days of the New's self titled debut album. All of it's pretty dark/sullen. A few tracks I would suggest are: Touch, Peel and Stand, Now, and Solitude.

EDIT: Face of the Earth would work too.

I love you.

Modern Myth - 30 Seconds To Mars
The Dutch Courage - The Spill Canvas
Hurt - Johnny Cash
the acoustic version of Sleeper 1972 and I Can Feel Your Pain - Manchester Orchestra

Stuff like that? Those are just depressing songs..

A bunch of John frusciante songs would be good.

Also, I prefer Warren Haynes' version of this song, but this is the original by Ray Sisk. great song
