It looks like either a custom Fodera Emperor II or Imperial. Its hard to tell which one from the angle in the video.

It is a Fodera, but I believe it is a shortscale one, judging by it's size.

It's a Fodera, and I've actually played that exact bass before. the Jeff Coffin Mu'tet came to play at our school and at the end they invited audience members to come up and jam. I didn't bring my bass along, so I was handed this monster. It's a beast of an instrument, 5 strings tuned EADGC with a 4 string spacing (it kills your hands.) And to the guy above me, it's not a short scale bass, Felix is just a really big guy. (its at least a 34" or a 35")
