I want to go out on a limb here. lol, ok, stupid joke but, I have never seen an acoustic guitar built with a neck made from anything but mahogany, spanish cedar, or maple. Would walnut work? Other woods too if you know would work well for an acoustic neck. Post pics if you have them of other woods for necks.

try making a neck out of these bad boys

Haha! Don't do that you'll break every single one of your tools. Walnut is good, I have an electric neck I made from walnut with a cherry fretboard.
Try this for a fingerboard.

Depends, I don't know what pickups go good with plywood. EMGs will make it sound like every other EMG guitar though.
