How can you compare the two? James Bond Sperm has more cool than Dr. Who. This thread needs to be locked.

The Doctor is infinitely cooler than James Bond.

Poor joke mate, poor joke.

No...the doctor mainly stumbles onto things accidentally, Bond usually is given a mission.

Example, Midnight, the doctor went on tram ride of sorts...and well...

I'd agree, with his gadgets and charm with the laydeez.
Although he doesn't have a licence to kill.

One of the best RTD episodes...considering filler like Love & Monsters.

Hard to say. Depends on which incarnations we are comparing really- I would easily choose David Tennant's Doctor over any James Bond actor, but I would choose Daniel Craig's Bond over Matt Smith's Doctor.

..this could go on for a while

Clearly the best episode of that era. >_>

I've only seen the Eccleston episodes of Doctor Who, so I would have to go with Bond. Tennant is supposed to be awesome, though, so I can't say for certain yet.

This guy's my favorite character in the Doctor Who universe, based on my limited experience:

Matt Smith is pretty awesome too.

They don't seem to me to have much in common outside of being the hero of a series.

No shit. It's about a man who's got loads of lives and lives in a time travelling police box which is massive on the inside. Of course it's unrealistic.

I tried getting into Doctor Who the other day when Let's Kill Hitler was on but I didn't have an effing clue what was going on...

Probably a bad idea to start watching it halfway through a season. If you want to start watching Doctor Who - newWho at least - there's rwo different points you could start from and not get lost. You can start at the first episode of the revival "Rose" or you can start at the first season of the newest doctor "The 11th Hour".

Most of Bond's gadgets are unrealistic, but that doesn't stop us from watching it...well Daniel Craig's Bond kinda fucks up anyone he doesn't like.

Unrealistic scenarios?

You're clearly missing the point.

Doctor Who is awesome to geek out to, and Amy Pond is hawt.

James Bond is awesome to make you feel like a man, seducing women, almost dying, but always surviving and always ****ing a chick after you almost die.

I love them both.
