I've recently bought a Fender Sonoran SCE Lake Placid Blue guitar on Amazon. The seller is Playground Music. When I was having a guitar lesson and connected my guitar to an amp, the preamp didn't work and my tutor said that the springs of the preamp do not fit with the battery. He said that the springs should be of different sizes so that they fit the two ends of the battery. I wonder if my guitar, or the preamp, is a counterfeit

Can anyone who has similar preamps tell me if my preamp is a counterfeit or not
Thank you!

That's the advantage of being such a distance from Yianni. I can continue to live my life without fear of stumbling upon his dark terror.

Yes I've tried so many times already... and I know it's rare to get counterfeits from amazon :S It would be a disaster if I needa send the guitar back to the seller cuz I do not live in US :SS

stupid question, but is it definitely a 9v? could be a different kind

if it's not, send it back.
