Hello everyone, I posted a thread about my amp not working yesterday or the day before, but I don't think it will be a problem because I have a warranty but I just realized I don't have the box for it. This shouldn't be a problem right because they are just fixing my amp? What do you think?

Thanks, Adam

A lot will depend on the shop. Some places say you have to keep it (especially electrical stores), other places realise you can't keep a box for everything you own and will honour the warranty anyway.

if you have the receipt it should be fine, otherwise it depends on where you bought it and if someones gonna be a dick or not

The box isn't an issue, except for shipping. Then you need to make sure the box is adequate to protect from further damage. Your warranty is good even though you may not get a box when you buy it. As in the case of a floor model.
