Hi Everyone,

I recently bought a used PRS Hollowbody II Piezo. It worked fine when I got it and appeared to be in great shape. A short while later the high E string was completely cutting out when the piezo system was engaged. No sound except for a little static could be heard when the E string was played. Through the magnetic pickups though, everything was fine. The G string was also slightly quieter than the others, but this problem was barely noticeable. A repair shop took a look and couldn't quite figure out what was wrong, but managed to fix the thing by cleaning various parts of the electronics etc. The problem has been intermittent after this repair job. I'm just wondering if anyone might have experience with piezos or might have heard of this problem before. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
- Sam

check the batteries and the individual string trimpots on the inside.

They have separate volume adjustments for each string inside the cavity to fix the G string volume issue.

I'm not sure on the e issue.
I wondered why the frisbee was getting bigger, then it hit me.
