Heil Talkbox is what all the big guys used back in the day, made by dunlop it requires more then just that tube in your mouth, you need to run the sound through a mic, I believe all its really doing is sending the sound waves through the tube to your mouth were you then shape the sound with your mouth. Never used one personally but they are pretty cool little units.
