So I would consider myself a beginner at sweeping (I started learning way too late), I can't do some easy stuff like Leper Messiah's solo fairly well now but I'm having trouble with four+ string sweeps, and I think it's because I have no clue where to put my fingers. I've been attempting to learn Fermented Offal Discharge by Necrophagist, a terrible choice for my level, but I would really like some help on where to put my fingers during the intro solo:
|-----------7---9-13-9---------------||------------9h13p9-12--------------|
 |--------8---8--------11------------||---------11-----------11-----------|
 |------9-----------------10---------||-------9-------------------9-------|
 |----9----------------------11------||----11-----------------------------|
 |-10---------------------------13---||-13--------------------------------|
 |-----------------------------------||-----------------------------------|

The part that really screws me up is the fingering on the hammer-ons and pull-offs around the 9th and 13th frets on the B string, and the two 9th's on the D and G. I feel that learning that will help me a lot with my problem and give me a clue as to where to go, but I am aware I am probably clueless on the topic (and probably sound like a complete idiot), so I am open to any suggestions. Thanks in advance to everyone who reads this.

Fret the red note with your pinky, this will require your fretting hand fingers to temporarily squash together in order to accommodate that 9th fret with your pinky.

You will then immediately be ready to slide up to the 13th fret with the pinky, and your hand will naturally be in position to finish off the rest of this phrase.

For the 9th fret on the D and G, execute a rolling motion with the 3rd finger.

Those are some very fiddly fingerings. To be honest the tab is probably wrong, which would explain why it is so awkward.

If you do play it this way though, the fingering i would suggest is:
Code:
|-----------7---9-13-9---------------||------------9h13p9-12--------------|
|--------8---8--------11------------||---------11----------- 11-----------|
|------9-----------------10---------||-------9------------------ -9-------|
|----9----------------------11------||----11-----------------------------|
|-10---------------------------13---||-13--------------------------------|
|-----------------------------------||-----------------------------------|
4 3 3 2 1 2 1 4 1 2 1 2 4 4 2 1 3 1 4 1 4 3 1

Playing the last three notes with 3 2 1 might work as well.

I'd play it like this:
|----------------9-13p9---------------||------------9h13p9-12--------------|
 |--------8-12p8--------11------------||---------11-----------11-----------|
 |------9------------------10---------||-------9-------------------9-------|
 |----9-----------------------11------||----11-----------------------------|
 |-10----------------------------13---||-13--------------------------------|
 |------------------------------------||-----------------------------------|

That keeps you essentially in one position the entire time.
