I know that it isn't guitar based in any way, but has anyone ever given a listen to Professor Kliq from Chicago? I ask because he's gained a huge following in Europe and parts of Asia.

Bust This Bust That - More of a straight up dance tune.

Sema - My favorite track by him. It's just plain awesome. This one might get stuck in your head for a long time.

I'm not even big into electronic music, but when I'm in the mood this stuff just gets my blood pumping (in a good way). Everything is original (with some carefully used samples). On that Sema song, it is actually him singing through a vocoder as well as playing any/all piano and/or keys.

Side Note: Even though he is a solo electronic artist, he has made a strong connection with many local rock bands in Chicago. He's done remixes, original songs and even performed with them. Just a really cool guy. Lover of all things music.
Yeah, uh-huh...that's what they all say.
