Hey all.

I'm about to (in less than a week) start Comm. College and I'm studying Criminal Justice and Criminal Law and I was wondering what kind of entry level jobs were out there that would be available with my area of study? Thanks!

You probably won't find entry level jobs in your field without a degree. But I've heard of people being lawyers assistants. You can try job shadowing as well. What do you want to do specifically with your degree? Sit in on some public trials maybe?
Just a sub-par guitar player..

I don't know if you would actually be allowed in the field, but they might allow you to dwell in the office

Well I would of course go to the police academy too.

When I started out, I went to my local Crown Court and just asked if I could get some work experience being a Court Usher. It was quite useful when I was studying the Criminal Legal System and the job isn't difficult at all. You get to learn the procedures in criminal courts such as plea-bargaining, mode of trial etc... which will help you greatly. Working at your local Crown Court will help you to network with the lawyers and the judges and this is how I got a lot of contacts.
